In plain words.

What you’re agreeing to when you order from Lexo, and what we do with your information. Last updated 6 October 2026.

Who we are

Lexo is a one-person practice in the United States that reviews Kickstarter campaigns for the people who run them. “We” and “us” mean Lexo. “You” means the person who places the order. Lexo is independent of Kickstarter.

You can reach us at hello@supalexo.com, or by writing on your order page once you have an account.

What you’re buying

Each plan and add-on is a fixed piece of work for a fixed fee. What it includes is what the pricing page or relaunch page says on the day you order, and your order page keeps a record of what you bought.

Our work is our honest opinion of how your campaign reads to a backer, plus research into what a backer can find in public. You decide what to change. Placing an order means you run the campaign, or are allowed to act for the person who does.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t promise your campaign will be funded, approved by Kickstarter, or sell a set amount.
  • We never sign in to your Kickstarter account, your inbox, or anything else of yours. You make every change yourself.
  • We don’t ask for or check your internal documents. We give you a list of every number on your page so you can check them.
  • We don’t judge whether your product is profitable, your goal is enough, or your factory and shipping will work out.
  • Nothing we send is legal, financial, or tax advice.

Paying

Prices are in US dollars and you pay the whole fee when you order. We never charge a percentage of what your campaign raises, and nothing is added later.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and we never see or store them.

Nothing to fix? Then nothing to pay.

If we read your campaign and find nothing worth changing, we refund the Campaign Review in full ($350) and tell you the page is ready.

In a bigger plan the promise covers the review part only. The online research, promotion list, and Launch Packet are work you receive either way, so those parts are still charged. Add-ons are charged either way too.

The promise doesn’t apply to the Relaunch Review, where you receive the full report whatever we find.

Cancelling and refunds

  • Before we start: cancel and we refund everything you paid.
  • After we start: we don’t refund work already done. If part of your order hasn’t been started, we refund that part.

To cancel, write to us on your order page or email hello@supalexo.com. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and your bank usually takes 5 to 10 working days to show them.

An order you haven’t paid for can be cancelled at any time from your account.

Turnaround and delays

Each plan shows how long it takes in working days, counted from when we have your campaign link. It’s our target, not a guarantee.

If we’re going to miss it, we tell you as early as we can and give you a new date. If the new date doesn’t work for you, you can cancel and we refund any part of your order we haven’t delivered.

Your campaign and your report

Your campaign stays yours. The report we send is yours to use however you like, including sharing it with your team.

We keep your campaign, files, and report private. We never publish them, or name you, without your written permission. The public teardowns on this site are only ever made with the creator’s agreement.

Your information

We collect what you give us to do the work: your name, email address, campaign link, the files and messages you send, and the details of your orders. We use it to do the work, run your account, and email you about your orders. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for advertising.

A few services handle it for us:

  • Stripe takes payments.
  • Supabase stores your account, orders, messages, and files.
  • Vercel hosts this website.
  • Resend sends our emails.
  • Cal.com books calls, if you book one.

The site uses cookies only to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your information while you have an account, and order records for as long as the law requires for tax. To see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, email hello@supalexo.com.

Our responsibility

We do the work carefully and honestly, but how your campaign does depends on many things we don’t control. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for your campaign’s results or for losses that follow from decisions you make, and the most we’re responsible for on any order is what you paid for it.

Changes and the law

We may update these terms. An order is covered by the terms on the day it was placed, and the date at the top shows when they last changed.

These terms follow the law of the state of South Carolina, United States. If something goes wrong, email us first and we’ll do our best to put it right.
